Do Not Call Policy

SetRight Appointments makes outbound calls only to records supplied by our contractor clients, on that client's behalf, inside the territory the client approved. We honour every do-not-call request we receive, and we maintain an internal suppression list that applies across all campaigns.

Tell the caller you do not want to be contacted again and the request is recorded immediately. You can also email donotcall@getsetright.com with the phone number, name or property address to suppress. We process requests promptly and no later than required by applicable law, and the request is permanent unless you ask us to remove it.

We call within permitted local hours, identify ourselves and the contractor we are calling on behalf of at the start of every call, provide a callback number on request, and stop when asked. We do not call numbers our client has marked as opted out, and we screen supplied records against our internal suppression list before dialling.

Our clients are responsible for the records they upload, including confirming they have a lawful basis for those homeowners to be contacted and for passing on any opt-out requests they receive directly. Opt-outs recorded by us are reported back to the client so their own records can be updated.

Suppressing a number with us stops SetRight and our client campaigns from calling it. It does not affect other companies. To reduce unrelated calls, you can also register your number on the national Do Not Call registry for your country.

Every person who makes calls for SetRight is trained on this policy before working a campaign. We keep a record of do-not-call requests and honour them across every client campaign we run.
